About application

1. When applying, please prepare a project plan.
2. Please note that we may not be able to accept your request depending on the event content.
3. To apply, please submit the application form we will prepare for you.

Payment

Please transfer the amount to the specified account by the end of the month following the event. Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the applicant.

Cancellation of your application

If you cancel your application for any reason after submitting your application, a cancellation fee will be charged.

• If the event cannot be held due to bad weather on the day of the event, we will charge you the actual cost.

Requests for using LaQua event space

1. You can start setting up your tent from 7:00 AM. However, if you need to do major set-up or take-down, or if you need to bring in or take out the tent using a vehicle, please do so between midnight and 7:00 AM.
2. Please make sure to display the event pass during the event (including when setting up and taking down). (Your company's design is fine.) Also, please submit a sample to our staff by the day before.
3. Depending on the content of the event, it may be necessary to notify relevant government authorities.
