About application

1. お申し込みに際は、イベント概要をお知らせください。
2. イベント内容によってはお受けできない場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
3. 仮押さえは最長で1週間、承ります。
4. お申し込みは弊社でご用意する申請書をご提出いただきます。

ステージ基本料金（税別）

• 最低料金（4時間）：平日250,000円　　土日祝日400,000円

• 以降30分毎：平日62,500円　　土日祝100,000円
• There will also be a fee for setup and removal.
• 4時間以上ご利用の場合は30分毎に延長料金が発生いたします。

• 基本使用時間 10:00～20:00

ウォーターシンフォニー（音楽噴水）開催時は音を出すことはできません。

搬入・撤去について

利用料金は搬入開始（または入り時間）～搬出完了まで発生します。時間外（21:30～9:30）の搬入・撤去については 時間外立ち会い料金が発生いたします。

お申し込み後のお客様都合でのキャンセルには、キャンセル料が発生いたします。

Requests for use of LaQua Garden Stage

以下、ご留意の上、ご進行をお願いいたします。

1. サウンドチェックも含めた音出し可能な時間は10:00～20:00までです。
2. ウォーターシンフォニー（音楽噴水）開催時は音を出すことはできません。演奏時間は以下の通りです。
   （11:00～11:30、13:30～14:00、16:00～16:30、18:30～19:00、20:00～20:30、21:30～22:00）
3. In principle, construction and setup within the stage is permitted from 7:00 a.m. onwards. However, if you are bringing in a vehicle, please have the vehicle leave by 7:00 a.m. Removal using a vehicle is also permitted from midnight onwards.
4. 駐車場をご利用の場合は3日前までに申請をお願いいたします。
5. イベント中（設営・撤収時含む）は必ずイベントパスを掲示してください。（御社デザインのもので結構です）また、パスの見本１部を前日までに弊社担当者へご提出ください。
6. 音響・照明につきましては、必ず弊社指定業者（東京ケーブルネットワーク株式会社様）と打ち合わせの実施をお願いいたします。イベント開催の7日前には詳細を決定できるようにご手配いただきますようお願いいたします。
7. イベント内容によっては関係諸官庁への届け出が必要となる場合がございます。
