About application

1. When applying, please provide details about the event.
2. Please note that we may not be able to accept your request depending on the event content.
3. We will hold the property provisionally for a maximum of one week.
4. To apply, please submit the application form we will prepare for you.

Stage basic fee

• 最低料金（4時間）：平日250,000円　　土日祝日400,000円

• 以降30分毎：平日62,500円　　土日祝100,000円
• There will also be a fee for setup and removal.
• 4時間以上ご使用の場合は30分毎に延長料金が発生いたします。

• 基本使用時間 10:00～20:00

No noise is permitted during Water Symphony (musical fountain) event.

About preparation and removal

Usage fees are only charged during the actual event, however, for setup and removal outside of opening hours (9:30pm - 9:30am) an after-hours attendance fee will be charged.

Payment

Please transfer the amount to the specified account by the end of the month following the event. Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the applicant.

Cancellation of your application

If you cancel your application for any reason after submitting your application, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Requests for use of LaQua Garden Stage

1. サウンドチェックも含めた音出し可能な時間は10:00～20:00までです。
2. During Water Symphony (musical fountain) performance, sound cannot be played. The performance times are as follows:
   (11:00-11:30, 13:30-14:00, 16:00-16:30, 18:30-19:00, 20:00-20:30, 21:30-22:00)
3. In principle, construction and setup within the stage is permitted from 7:00 a.m. onwards. However, if you are bringing in a vehicle, please have the vehicle leave by 7:00 a.m. Removal using a vehicle is also permitted from midnight onwards.
4. Parking must be applied for at least 3 days in advance.
5. Please make sure to display the event pass during the event (including when setting up and taking down). (Your company's design is fine.) Also, please submit a sample to our staff by the day before.
6. Please make sure to discuss with our designated contractor (Tokyo Cable Network Co., Ltd.) regarding sound and lighting. Please make arrangements so that the meeting is finalized at least 7 days before the event.
7. Depending on the content of the event, it may be necessary to notify relevant government authorities.

• Please take the above requests into consideration as you make your arrangements.
