About LaQua

  • Please tell us about the origin of the name "LaQua".

    The name LaQua comes from the French feminine article -La-, which has a gentle and soft sound, rak (laq), which means to relax and enjoy, and aqua, the water that is the source of peace and life. - is based on.

  • Please tell us about LaQua's character "LaQua-chan".

    LaQua-chan is a ghost who lives in LaQua. They live off everyone's stress!

  • Is there a bicycle parking lot?

    It is located at the back of the LaQua Building, on the 1st floor, next to the entrance to Tokyo Metro Korakuen Station, under the Tokyo Dome Bridge, in front of the HUB, and next to the LaQua parking lot entrance.

  • Is there an ATM?

    There is a Mizuho Bank ATM next to the elevator hall on the 2nd floor, and a Seven Bank ATM on the 3rd floor.

  • Do you have a LaQua point card?

    There is a ``TD Point Card'' that allows you to earn valuable points not only at LaQua but also at various facilities in the Tokyo Dome Group.

  • Where is the nearest station?

    The nearest stations are Korakuen Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and Namboku Line, Suidobashi Station on the JR Chuo Line, Sobu Line, and Toei Mita Line, and Kasuga Station on the Toei Oedo Line and Mita Line.

  • Are there coin lockers?

    It is located below.

  • Is there a parking lot? Prices?

    There is an entrance to the LaQua parking lot along Hakusan Street.

About shops and restaurants

  • What kind of stores are there in LaQua's shopping zone?

    There are about 50 shops on the 1st to 4th floors of LaQua, offering a wide variety of fashion and miscellaneous goods.

  • What kind of restaurants are there in LaQua's restaurant zone?

    There are approximately 20 restaurants on the 1st to 3rd and 9th floors of LaQua.
    There are a variety of shops, from cafes perfect for a break from shopping to restaurants where you can enjoy a drink.

  • About rental of strollers and wheelchairs

    1F next to Seijo Ishii / 2F opposite the see-through elevator Next to the escalator, you can rent coin-return strollers that can be used throughout Dome City. Please insert a 100 yen coin into the stroller coin lock at the rental location.
    After using the coin, please return it to the original lending location and take the returned 100 yen coin.

  • Is there a diaper changing table?

    They are located in the children's restroom next to the elevator hall on the 1st floor, in the Thirty-One Ice Cream women's restroom on the 1st floor, in the public restroom on the 2nd floor, and in the women's restroom on the 3rd floor.

  • Is there a nursing room?

    It is located in the baby rest room next to the women's restroom on the 3rd floor.
    *Male customers can also use the baby rest room, except for the nursing room.

  • Are there any regular holidays?

    Shops and restaurants are open all year round. (The spa is closed on certain days)

About Spa LaQua

  • What are Spa LaQua's opening hours?

    From 11:00 to 9:00 the next morning.

  • How much does Spa LaQua cost?

    入館料は大人(18才以上)3,230円(税込)、6〜17才2,640円(税込)です。
    但し、土、日、祝日、特定日には休日割増料金が+990円(税込)かかります。
    また、深夜1:00~早朝6:00にご滞在のお客様には、深夜割増料金が+2,420円(税込)かかります。

    Guests between the ages of 6 and 17 may use the facility until 6:00 pm when accompanied by a guardian (or a guardian of the same sex for those aged 6 to 11). (Last entry reception 15:00)

  • Do you have coupons or gift certificates for Spa LaQua?

    Admission tickets (11 tickets) 31,000 yen (tax included) [Valid for 1 year (cannot be separated)] are available.
    We also have weekday limited admission tickets (11 tickets) priced at 28,000 yen (tax included) [valid for 1 year (cannot be separated)] that can only be used on weekdays.

  • Can anyone enter Spa LaQua?

    Please note that we do not allow the following customers to enter the facility.

    • Children aged 0 to 5 (for safety reasons)
      Customers under the age of 18 may use the facility until 18:00 if accompanied by a parent or guardian. (Last entry reception 15:00)
      Guests aged 6-11 must be accompanied by a guardian of the same sex (as of September 2008).
    • Those who are recognized as members of organized crime groups or other anti-social organizations, those with tattoos, and those who are drunk.
    • Those who are at risk of skin diseases or other infectious diseases.
  • Where is the entrance to Spa LaQua?

    To reach Spa LaQua, please take the private elevator located in the center of the 2nd floor of the LaQua Building (on the left as you face the building) to the 6th floor.

    Please note that you cannot access from other elevators or escalators.

  • Can I exit Spa LaQua halfway?

    You cannot leave midway. After paying, you will need to complete a new admission procedure if you wish to use the facility again.

  • Can I bring food and drinks into Spa LaQua?

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Is there a place to eat and drink inside Spa LaQua?

    There are two restaurants: ``Yoshinoya Dining'' and ``Nya Vietnam''.
    There are also several cafes and bars offering light meals and drinks.

  • Please tell me about paid services such as beauty salon facilities available at Spa LaQua.

    Spa LaQua has 10 beauty and relaxation salon facilities where you can enjoy beauty and body care.

  • Can I make reservations for Spa LaQua's restaurants and beauty salons?

  • Can I only use the restaurant and beauty salon facilities at Spa LaQua?

    It is available only to those who have entered Spa LaQua.

  • Is there a bath or pool at Spa LaQua where I can wear a swimsuit?

    None.

  • Are there any areas at Spa LaQua that are open to both men and women?
    Also, is there a recommended meeting place?

    All rooms can be used by men and women except for the "Locker Room/Bathroom" (6th floor), "Ladies' Lounge" (5th floor), and "Healing Bade Ukyumodo" (9th floor).

    We recommend meeting at "LaQua Living" (5th floor), "Around the front desk" (6th floor), and "Rendezvous Square" (7th floor).

  • Please tell me about Spa LaQua's services for women.

    • You can choose your favorite from 3 types of in-house wear.
    •      
    • There is a "Ladies Lounge", a rest area exclusively for women that can be accessed directly from the women's locker room.
  • Is Spa LaQua accessible to wheelchairs and canes?

    Spa LaQua has wheelchairs available for use within the premises.
    As the number of seats is limited, please make a reservation by phone (03-3817-4173).

    We do not allow guests to bring their own wheelchairs.

    Guests must be accompanied by a companion of the same gender when using the bathroom.

    Please note that the use of canes in the bathroom is prohibited due to health and safety reasons.

  • What are the spring quality and benefits of Tokyo Dome natural hot springs?

    The spring quality is ``sodium-chloride strong salt hot spring (hypertonic, weakly alkaline, hot spring)'', and it is a chloride strong salt hot spring that gushes out from 1,700 meters underground in Tokyo Dome City.
    Effective for cold sensitivity, stiff shoulders, neuralgia, joint pain, frozen shoulders, fatigue recovery, health promotion, bruises, sprains, cuts, burns, chronic women's diseases, etc. It has excellent moisturizing and heat retention properties, and has a beautifying effect on the skin.

About fitness club

  • Please tell me about Fitness Club Tokyo Dome.

    This is a members-only fitness club located on the 7th floor of LaQua. It is fully equipped with full-fledged machines (approximately 120 of the latest machines), a studio, a pool, and relaxation facilities. The instructor's easy guidance is also attractive.
