Vol.4 Practical Edition - I want to meet the sauna room!

Kuma: “Okay, now it’s time for the practical part!”

Rakuko: “After washing my body in the bathroom, I came to the sauna room.”

Kuma: “The sauna room is usually laid out like this. There is a big difference in temperature between the upper and lower floors. If you like it hot, go to the upper deck.”Medium and high temperature sauna “Olive”

Kuma: “Spa LaQua has several types of saunas with different temperatures.”

Rakuko: “For beginners like me, it might be easier to use the low-temperature Thermale.”

Bear: “Until you start sweating, let’s review what happened last time. What was a sauna?”

Rakuko: "Well, the purpose of a sauna isn't to sweat! It's refreshing and pleasant, and it's supposed to soothe your mind and body!"

Kuma: “That’s right! So, what’s important?”

Rakuko: “Cold baths are super important!”

Kuma: "That's right! If you don't take a cold bath, the sauna effect won't be enough. It'll just be torture like having your body grilled."

Rakuko: "But you'll be sweating a lot, so it's good for your diet, right?"

Kuma: ``Unfortunately, you won't lose weight just by sweating in the sauna room because you will drink more water.''

Rakuko: “That’s right, I’m disappointed…”

Kuma: “However, the sauna effect can help you lose weight, so you can expect it. We’ll talk about that another time…”

Kuma: “Well, the water bath is super important in the sauna, but what’s more important than that?”

Rakuko: “A break after alternating between the sauna room and cold bath!”

Bear: “That’s it!”

Rakuko: “It feels so good!”

Kuma: “A super calm state of mind and body will come.”

Rakuko: “Wow, I’m sweating… I think I’m at my limit…”

Bear: “Imagine cold water!”

Rakuko: “Cold water… Ah, I want to see cold water soon.”

Bear: “Do you want to see cold water?”

Rakuko: “I really want to meet you!”

Bear: “Then let’s go see you right away! We’ll be right nearby.”

Kuma: “When you get out of the sauna room, let’s take a shower or hot water to wash off your sweat!”

Rakuko: “It’s important manners.”

Bear: “Now, I’m looking forward to some cold water.”

Rakuko: “I wanted to meet you!”

Rakuko: "It's the first time I've put it all the way up to my shoulders!" Kuma: "Oh, my goodness! I've put it all the way up to my shoulders!"

Rakuko: "It's definitely cold, but my body is hot, so I'm getting used to it quickly. It's supposed to be cold, but I don't feel that much right now."

Kuma: “Even so, if you stay inside for a long time, the coldness will return eventually.”

Rakuko: “Really, it’s getting colder and colder! My body is getting colder.”

Bear: “Do you miss the sauna room?”

Rakuko: “I want to see you! I want to see you in the sauna room! I want to stay warm!”

Bear: ``Okay, let's go see you! The sauna room is almost there! Before that, you should wipe your body thoroughly and take a break on a chair or bench.''

Rakuko: “This is an important break.”

Bear: “If I wipe my body thoroughly, won’t it feel warm?”

Bear: “Now, let’s go to the sauna room for the second time.”
