Is reservation required?: We ask that you make advance reservations online. If you arrive without a reservation, we will not be able to accommodate you unless there are vacancies.
When can I make a reservation?: Reservations are accepted from 11:00 a.m., 14 days before the desired reservation date, until 1 hour before the desired reservation time of the reservation.
Can I use cash at the facility?: Cash is not accepted.
The usage fee for a private room must be paid in advance by credit card when making a reservation online.
In addition, please use credit cards, QR code payments, transportation ICs, etc. to pay for additional usage fees at this facility.
How can I check if I have a reservation?: Once your reservation is completed, you will immediately receive the following email from noreply-sauna-rentola@resv.jp.
Email title: We have received your reservation for "Sauna Lounge Rentola".
If you do not receive an email, your reservation may not have been completed, so please call 03-3817-4173 and let us know that you are making a reservation for Sauna Lounge Rentola.
I would like to change the date and time of my reservation or the number of people.: Please cancel your current reservation from the reservation site and then re-book the date and time you wish to change and the number of people.
Until when can I cancel? Is there a cancellation fee?: Please log in from the reservation site and complete the cancellation procedure yourself.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 12:00 [noon] the day before your reservation date.
Please note that cancellations made after that time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
When is the payment timing?: This is when the purchase is confirmed on the reservation site.
Can you issue a receipt?: I accept. Please ask our staff so we can give it to you when you arrive on the day of your visit.
Can I extend the usage time?: We are unable to extend the time of use of the private room. Please note that.
If you wish to use the exclusive lounge for more than 2 hours from the end of your private room use, you can extend the duration of your use for 500 yen (including tax) for every 30 minutes.
What happens if I arrive late?: You cannot change the usage time on the day, so the available time will be shortened by the amount of delay.
Can I specify a private room?: You can specify this when making your reservation.
How many people can occupy one private room?: Standard rooms can accommodate up to 2 people, and premium rooms can accommodate up to 4 people.
Can it be used in conjunction with Spa LaQua?: スパラクーア→レントラの順でご利用の場合のみ、館内の通路からご移動いただけます。
※スパラクーアの営業時間の関係上、レントラは12:00～22:00の時間帯でご予約ください。

How many standard rooms and premium rooms are there?: There are 5 standard rooms (up to 2 people) and 1 premium room (up to 4 people).
What is the temperature of the sauna room?: Standard rooms can be booked by selecting a private room with the temperature of your choice from 80℃, 90℃, or 100℃.
Depending on the reservation status, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Premium rooms are 90℃.
Can you do lowry? Do you have aroma water available?: You can enjoy self-relaxation using the aroma water prepared by our facility.
What kind of amenities are installed?: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleansing, face wash, lotion, and emulsion.
We also have hair dryers, cotton, cotton swabs, hairbrushes, face towels, and bath towels available.
Do you rent sauna hats and sauna ponchos?: Sauna ponchos are available for rental.
It is located in a private room, so please feel free to use it.
Sauna ponchos are also available for purchase. If you would like one, please ask at the front desk.
We do not rent sauna hats.
Can I bring in food and drinks?: Only non-alcoholic beverages, such as water and sports drinks, may be brought into the private room. Please refrain from bringing items into the sauna room.

Can I bring in alcohol?: Please refrain from bringing alcohol into the venue.
Is there anything I can't bring into the sauna room?: Items that pose a risk of fire, such as newspapers, magazines, and items with built-in batteries, are not allowed.

Can I smoke?: Smoking is completely prohibited inside the facility.
Can I play my favorite music in my private room?: We have speakers with built-in Bluetooth. Enjoy by connecting it to your own device.
Can I charge my smartphone or computer?: You can charge in your private room or in the lounge. Additionally, you can borrow a mobile phone charger from the front desk.

Is there an age limit?: Use by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.
Can men and women use it together?: Not available. If there are 2 or more people using the service, we will only apply to people of the same sex.
Can I use the powder room and private lounge?: You can use it for up to 2 hours after using the private room.
If you wish to use the service for more than 2 hours, you can use it for 500 yen (tax included) for every 30 minutes.
Can I take pictures?: You are free to take photos in the private room.
In the powder corner and lounge, please be careful not to reflect or cause any inconvenience to those around you.
It is strictly prohibited to use it for sales, promotion, advertising, solicitation, or other commercial purposes (excluding those approved by our company), or for actions that violate the law.
Can I leave my valuables in?: We do not provide a storage service, but you can bring your valuables into your private room.
When using shared spaces such as powder rooms and lounges, please be careful not to lose your personal belongings and manage them yourself.
Can I leave large luggage?: Large luggage other than valuables will be kept at the front desk.
