- Is reservation required?
- We ask that you make advance reservations online. If you arrive without a reservation, we will not be able to accommodate you unless there are vacancies.
- When can I make a reservation?
- Reservations are accepted from 11:00 a.m., 14 days before the desired reservation date, until 1 hour before the desired reservation time of the reservation.
- Can I use cash at the facility?

The usage fee for a private room must be paid in advance by credit card when making a reservation online.

- Standard rooms can accommodate up to 2 people, and premium rooms can accommodate up to 4 people.

- How many standard rooms and premium rooms are there?
- There are 5 standard rooms (up to 2 people) and 1 premium room (up to 4 people).
- What is the temperature of the sauna room?
- Standard rooms can be booked by selecting a private room with the temperature of your choice from 80℃, 90℃, or 100℃.
Depending on the reservation status, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
Premium rooms are 90℃. - Can you do lowry? Do you have aroma water available?
- You can enjoy self-relaxation using the aroma water prepared by our facility.
- What kind of amenities are installed?
- We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, cleansing, face wash, lotion, and emulsion.
We also have hair dryers, cotton, cotton swabs, hairbrushes, face towels, and bath towels available. - Do you rent sauna hats and sauna ponchos?
- Sauna ponchos are available for rental.
It is located in a private room, so please feel free to use it.

We do not rent sauna hats. - Can I bring in food and drinks?
- Only non-alcoholic beverages, such as water and sports drinks, may be brought into the private room. Please refrain from bringing items into the sauna room.

- Use by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited.

- Can I use the powder room and private lounge?
- You can use it for up to 2 hours after using the private room.
