For reservation: We ask that you make advance reservations online.
If you arrive without a reservation, we will not be able to accommodate you unless there are vacancies.
Reservation start date and time is 11:00 a.m. 14 days in advance.
Confirm and change reservations, cancel: Please log in from the reservation site and confirm your reservation.
You can cancel your reservation free of charge until 12:00 [noon] the day before your reservation date. Please note that after that time, 100% of the usage fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If you do not cancel and do not come to the store, 100% of the usage fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
*Payment will be completed by your credit card company at the time of reservation.
