Introducing the "Hyakunen Katsu Sandwich"

The soft and chewy plain bread from Meijuan uses kuzumochi as a fermented starter, and the tender pork fillet is sandwiched between the bread.

The sauce used is Tokiwa Sauce's "raw sauce", which is made using a handmade method.

This fresh sauce is packed with the delicious flavor of fruits and vegetables and is natural and colorant-free.

Even the staff at the LaQua store, who don't like sauce, were surprised at how delicious it was, saying, "It's completely different from the taste of regular sauce!!"
