"Tea Beer" is a product that combines Taiwanese tea and beer, developed to allow an even wider range of customers to enjoy Chun Shui Tang's renowned "Arranged Tea."
Customers can pour freshly drafted beer from the server and add Taiwanese tea, carefully brewed by a certified "tea master" using Chun Shui Tang's additive-free and flavor-free tea leaves, to complete the drink. There are two types: "Jasmine Tea Beer," which balances the bitterness of beer and the astringency of tea with a refreshing taste and a lingering jasmine aroma, and "Tieguanyin Tea Beer," which features the distinctive aroma and flavor of Tieguanyin tea that spreads as soon as you drink it. Both types include original cane sugar syrup, boiled down daily in-store, to adjust the balance between the bitterness and astringency of the beer and tea.
