The top tier of the two-tiered Chinese steamer features five popular Taiwanese sweets exclusive to the winter afternoon tea, including "Taiwanese Castella Nama Chocolate," "Mini Douhua," "Mini Tangyuan," and "Pineapple Cake." The bottom tier features four original Chun Shui Tang small plate dishes, including the "Mini Gua Bao," an afternoon tea exclusive, "Sesame Boiled Dumplings," and "Plump Shrimp Dumplings." Guests can also enjoy a glass parfait filled with plenty of raw chocolate and strawberries, and a choice of over 50 types of tea, including your favorite Taiwanese tea.
