We are pleased to announce the addition of a new flavor to Chun Shui Tang's popular Taiwanese afternoon tea.
We've offered Taiwanese afternoon tea in a variety of flavors so far. This time, we're launching a new "Cookie & Cream Afternoon Tea" featuring crunchy cookies and plenty of whipped cream.
The top tier of the two-tiered Chinese steamer basket is luxuriously filled with five popular Taiwanese sweets, including the afternoon tea-exclusive "Taiwanese Castella Cookie & Cream," as well as "Mini Douhua," "Mini Tangyuan," and "Pineapple Cake." The bottom tier features four types of Chun Shui Tang's original small plate dishes, including "Mini Gua Bao," "Sesame Sauce Dumplings," and "Plump Shrimp Dumplings."
Furthermore, the glass parfait is a special creation combining Taiwanese castella cake, tapioca pearls, and vanilla ice cream and cookies as toppings. You can enjoy it as is at first, and then halfway through, you can add Tieguanyin, a type of oolong tea, to enjoy a luxurious, slightly bitter affogato-like flavor.
We offer one drink from over 50 kinds of specialty teas and one Taiwanese tea. A seasonal drink featuring cookies and cream is also available.
