The tea used is Tieguanyin from Taiwan, characterized by its rich, roasted aroma. The deep tea flavor from the roasting process perfectly balances the rich sweetness of the cookie and cream, leaving a lingering, rich aroma of oolong tea in the aftertaste. It's a flavor that isn't overly sweet, allowing you to enjoy it to the last sip. This product is also unique in that, instead of topping it with vanilla ice cream, it's blended with Tieguanyin tea to create a smoothie-like treat.
