Nana's Green Tea is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year!
The "natural tuna" used in the "natural tuna and avocado tororo donburi," a dish that has been popular for many years, and
Nana's Green Tea has uniquely adapted "Yukke" to reflect their dedication to high-quality Japanese ingredients.
Our homemade sauce uses Japanese fermented foods, specifically raw soy sauce koji and barley miso, instead of gochujang.
Additionally, fresh ginger grated in-store is added to enrich the flavor!
It has a refreshing taste, making it easy to enjoy even in the summer.
The ingredients include summer vegetables such as yam, okra, and cucumber, along with pickled radish and onsen tamago.
This dish is easy to eat even in the summer when your appetite might decrease, and it's a satisfying meal.
The "Taihaku sesame oil" used for the finishing touch is sesame oil made by cold-pressing raw sesame seeds without roasting them.
Unlike typical sesame oils, it has a subtle aroma and is characterized by a refined, light aftertaste that enhances the natural flavor of the ingredients.
In this case, it's being used to harmonize the overall flavor.
The included Ariake seaweed should be crushed while still in the bag and sprinkled on top as desired.
You can also enjoy a change in flavor by adding shichimi togarashi (seven-spice chili powder) infused with the aroma of sansho pepper.
The salt koji is described as "raw" because it has not been heat-treated.
Salted rice malt contains enzymes that enhance the flavor of ingredients, but these enzymes lose their effectiveness when heated.
