Autumn eggplant is finished with our homemade sweet and spicy miso sauce.

The sweet and spicy miso sauce is combined with Nana's Green Tea's signature minced chicken, giving it a rich flavor, and the eggplant and miso sauce blend well together, creating a satisfying meal.

The shiso leaves on top also have a refreshing taste.

When combined with a soft-boiled egg, it adds even more richness, allowing you to enjoy a variety of flavors.

If you like, you can sprinkle Nagabunya's shichimi pepper, which has a hint of sansho pepper.
