This year's Chun Shui Tang autumn drink is a gourmet tea arrangement using roasted sweet potatoes! Two varieties will be available: "Roasted Sweet Potato Tapioca Milk Tea" and "Roasted Sweet Potato Milk Tea." Based on Assam black tea with a rich aroma and full-bodied flavor, this tea is generously made with roasted sweet potato paste from Beni Haruka, a variety grown in Kagoshima Prefecture. The tea is topped with a generous amount of Beni Haruka, known for its intense sweetness and sticky texture, and a slightly bitter caramel sauce, creating a perfect match between the rich sweetness of the roasted sweet potato and the fragrant flavor of the caramel.
