Tarts made with cherries, which are in season now, will be on sale from Sunday, June 1, 2025.
We have prepared three types of tarts that feature cherries, with the charms of the juicy and elegant sweetness of "Sato Nishiki" cherries and the sweet and sour taste of "American cherries."
Enjoy comparing the different tarts made with bright red cherries, which are in season now.

Specially selected "Sato Nishiki" tart

This tart is filled with an abundance of Sato Nishiki cherries, which have a popping texture and a refreshing sweet and sour taste. Enjoy the exquisite combination of the king of cherries, Sato Nishiki, and the mousse made from custard cream and fromage blanc, along with the crispy tart.

Sato Nishiki Cherry Candlelight Cake

This candle night limited edition tart is crafted with the image of lavishly adorned Sato Nishiki cherries and candlelight. It features a smooth cheese mousse enhanced with cherry honey and a rich almond mousse. Topped generously with seasonal Sato Nishiki cherries and finished with sour cherry sauce, it offers a special taste available only for two days a year.

Cherry Tart with Flan - Vanilla Flavor

American cherries marinated overnight in a homemade marinade to concentrate their flavor are encased in a tart with vanilla-flavored flan. This cute tart is finished with sour cherry jam and diamond-shaped vanilla-flavored cream.
This rich, flavorful flan has an exquisite balance of American cherries and sour cherry jam.
