This event will be held at Bunkyo Civic Center, Rekigawa Park across from it, and the event plaza on the first floor of Tokyo Dome City LaQua, where you can experience the attractions of Bunkyo Ward and its partner cities.
This is the first time the event is being held at the LaQua venue!

(LaQua venue will be held only on March 7th)
