Ako Natural Yeast Sourdough Bread and Fresh Chiffon Cake Kobokobo
This is a delicious bread that will make you want to get up a little earlier than usual to have a happy breakfast.
The shop's signature product, chiffon cake, is made using a unique method and blend that reduces the amount of flour to the minimum, resulting in a moist, melt-in-your-mouth fresh cake texture even without fresh cream.
Some of our products may be irregular and imperfect, but each one is handmade with care.
